  • You do not have permission to send to this recipient

    Hi,

We have a user who is using a particular piece of software which sends documents out via Outlook as an attachment.

The email is generated and the users "from email address" is entered into the From field within the message window, the email is sent and then returned with

    Code:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
            User on date/time
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.
                MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=local/DC=Domain:SERVER
The From email matches the primary SMTP alias perfectly. The workaround at the moment is to remove the From address from within the message window and the email sends as expected. Is there something we can tweak to allow the emails to go without having to do this?

    Regards
