  • Internal Mail Servers with IP are Visible in Header

    Hi,

Today I have noticed that when I send the mails from my corporate email acconut to the internet (e.g. Yahoo) then I can see all my backend servers with IP address in the header.

Should not it be concern as the internal IPs are getting published?

Is there any way to restrict the same?

If someone gets in to a position where that information is of use, then you have much bigger problems to worry about. Personally I don't worry about it.

This is a default behaviour for Microsoft Exchange Server.
