    I know this is a low level problem but perhaps you can point me in the right direction.
    I have a user set as a delegate Editor for a manager. She is getting notifications to say that she has Accepted a Meeting, however she has not accepted this and was not in the office at the time.
    No-one else has access to her Mailbox.
    Any ideas how this can be happening?

    If she is a delegate and the manager accepts the meeting she will be notified via an email. It does say that the manager accepted the email (and not her) though. Are the emails actually saying that SHE is accepting the invites?
    Two things:
    1) If I wrote something wrong please please please let me know. I want to know ESPECIALLY if I am wrong.
    2) I have a tendency to write things that are misconstrued as being agressive or not so pleasant. That is not my intent.
