Outlook uses, by default, the GC of the Exchange server and not a local one so you could investigate this link:
    http://blogs.technet.com/mikelag/arc...losest-gc.aspx

You can open outlook with /rpcdiag to see a few more options too.

How do your clients connect? Any bandwidth issues? PC speed issues (i.e. if in cached mode the PC speed has a much bigger effect).

If it is just one user then check the size and item count for their mailbox and also what else they are running (plugins, av scanning etc).
    cheers
    Andy

client connect using LAN not RPC over HTTPS.
outlook is in cache mode and no AV scan.
      SAV scan is at night.

      thanks
