  • Calendar appts across domains wrong?

    Scenario:
2 domains (server / exchange 2003) tied together in a mutual trust (both in the same building). Domain A and B. All of the date / timezone settings are the same on all user PCs as well as on the exchange servers.

When user in Domain A sends a calendar appt to a user in Domain B for 10 AM, B gets a notice that the meeting is at 11 AM.

When user in Domain B sends a calendar appt to a user in Domain A for 10 AM, B gets a notice that the meeting is at 10 AM, as intended of course.

So, we rebooted Domain A's exchange server over the weekend. NOW....

When user in Domain A sends a calendar appt to a user in Domain B for 10 AM, B gets a notice that the meeting is at 10 AM (as intended), BUT the accepted note the user in domain A gets says it's confirmed for 11 AM, even though both users' actual calendars show it's at 10 AM.

When user in Domain B sends a calendar appt to a user in Domain A for 2 PM, B gets a notice that the meeting is at 3 PM.

So yeah, we're planning on rebooting Domain B's exchange server tonight.

Any ideas on what we're missing here?

I have to ask... Are they all patched the same? Servers, Exchange, clients and Outlook?
    cheers

They all use the same WSUS server, so they SHOULD be identical. We're checking that out to be safe right now.

Solution: SM KB Article ID: 926666
Update for daylight saving time changes in 2007 for Exchange 2003 Service Pack 2

Both servers had the update installed and confirmed by WSUS records, but apparently ours was corrupted or something. Re-ran the update, fixed.
