  • Configuring Shared Folder Permissions Through OWA

For those users of mine who do not use Outlook and only use OWA, how can they set the permissions on how/who they can share their calendars with? I set my permissions and added users in Outlook 2003 but not everyone logs in at the office.

    Thanks

    Re: Sharing

Append the following syntax %username%/calendar to the URL that you use to access OWA. IE: https://server/exchange/billgates/calender.
Note the user MUST be logged onto OWA first.

I corrected your subject title to something more appropriate. Read the rules of the site and ensure that future subject titles are more descriptive.

It is not possible to set permissions on folders through OWA. They will have to use Outlook to set those permissions or be unable to share out folders.
