    There are two companies only (that I know of) that our organization is not able to send emails to. We get the following message when we try through Outlook Express:

    The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message
    was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient
    directly to find out the correct address.

    But, get no error message when we try through Outlook. I've sent emails from my hotmail account and these companies both get them no problem. It's just when I try to send from our Outlooks. I've spoken with the hopeful recipients of these emails and confirmed that the email addresses I'm using are correct. They've made sure to whitelist us and enter our email addresses as "Not Junk". Still no luck.

    Anybody have this same problem?

    Can your Exchange server see their domain ok with nslookup?
    Can you telnet to their exchange servers ok?
