  • The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to.......

    One of my users was complaining that he cancelled an appointment with UserA and he received a message:

    Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

    Subject: Canceled: TWE Project - Weekly Coordination & Planning Meeting

    Sent: 2/27/2009 12:58 PM

    The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

    UserB on 2/27/2009 12:58 PM

    The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.

    <emailserver.local #5.1.1>

    UserB is a former employee that no longer exists in our system. This doesn't happen every time, but it only happens when canceling meeting with UserA.

    Delegate.
    There is a delegate reference to that old user somewhere.
