  • QWA works internal but not external

    I have a user in Ohio that use remote desktop to log into my server. Yes I know not good but I wasn't here when this was set up. I have SBS- 2003. When tring to get to owa from internet get page can't be found. Please help just started here.

    How does the user logging in to the machine on the desktop affect OWA on the internet?
    It doesn't.

    As this is SBS, make sure that the Connect to the Internet and email wizard has been run and OWA is enabled for internet access.

      Thanks. Just one other question is there any port forwarding that I have to do in my router?

        You need to open at least port 80 and 443 for OWA to work.
