  • How to import all users' contact lists into one global contact list?

    Hi all,
I have about 20 users on a Win2003 / Exchange 2003 server, each with their own individual contact list. I'm trying to create a global contact list to hold all the contacts that each user has stored in their private lists. From online research I've found that it's recommended to use the "companyname Contacts" public folder for this purpose, and have set it to display in address books, but haven't been able to figure out how to import the users' contact lists into the global one. If it's possible to do this in any way that avoids creating duplicates, even better.
Any suggestions? Many thanks in advance,
    Gadi

You can't import them directly. However if the user have write permissions they just copy and paste the contents in to the new folder. Thats it.

Easy enough... this is what I recommended to the client in the end.
Thanks very much for your response,
