Can anyone help me with this? I keep getting prompted for User Name and Password when I am trying to connect to the MS Exchange server 2003 with Outllok 2007. I have exhausted all my resources can you help me find resources that will help me fix this issue?

Does the mailbox open once you enter the username and password?

    If not what happens?

Are you entering the details as :

Based on the information that you have supplied, an answer is impossible.

Is the client on the same network as the Exchange server?
      On the same domain?
Are you trying to use RPC over HTTPS to connect to Exchange?
      Has it ever worked?
Did you configure the client manually?

You shouldn't get authentication prompts, but Outlook 2007 does thing slightly differently and in some circumstances will generate a prompt if it attempts autodiscover (an Exchange 2007 feature) and you have your DNS setup in a certain way. However you haven't provided enough information to confirm if that is the case or not.
