  • HELP !!! Exchange 2003 cannot give user "send as permis

Hi all, I would be grateful of a dig out with this as I am about to throw in the towel.

I have searched the web high and low to find a solution but cannot.

I want to give a secetary "send as " rights on the Boss's mailbox so when is he not around she can send as if from him.

I have followed this article and it still does not work. The error I get is that the user does not have permission to send on behalf of the user.

    Its Exchange 2003 SP1 , please help I'm desperate!

    * Shamelessly mentioning "Don't forget to add reputation!"
