  • No emails in Inbox for user but OK for everyone else

    Hi there,

    I am currently experiencing a problem where there is a user that is connected to exchange through outlook, he can see all sub folders with emails, but there are no emails in his inbox folder.

    Tried connecting from several locations and it shows the same problem, so its not a missconfiguration of outlook.

    Even moved the mailbox to another exchange server and it doesnt show any inbox emails in there.

    Is there anything I can do to check this? or fix it?

    Is there either a rule in place which automatically moves incoming mails, or does he have a PST as his default delivery location?

          Dear Andy,

          I moved the account to another mail server and then back.
          Tested sending new emails to that account and they can be seen now (only the new ones but not the old ones).

          OWA shows the same as outlook

          BTW Andy, congrats on the most valuable member of the forum
          You have helped me with previous issues and wanted to thank you.

              i think that i know what is the problem..
              i think that you define Filter on the inbox..
              try to clear the inbox filter by clicking on View -> arrange by -> current view -> customize view -> filter -> Clear All.

              it's should solved the problem
