  • Remove rights users own calendar and contacts

Is there a way to remove rights to users own personal calendar and contacts in Exchange 2003? Basically a client just wants all users to use their inbox for emails and utilize public folders for group calendaring and contacts.

    Thanks.

With Outlook I don't know of a way. You can limit OWA access with segmentation though.

      Short answer is no.
You cannot restrict a user from doing anything to their own mailbox.
