  • Exchange calendars across time zones.

    Hi,

I have a user who has booked some meetings for someone who is visiting Brasil from London. She views both the London and Sao Paulo times and booked a meeting at 08:30 however when viewed in Sao Paulo it shows as 09:30 because they have already updated their daylight savings (apparently). I believe it is this weekend when the clocks changes as well for us?

The London servers are fully patched from Microsoft Update but I have no control over the Brasil ones. I'm not sure where to even start troubleshooting this.

Anyone have any thoughts or advice?
    cheers
    Andy

As a first step you need to find a way to confirm that all servers and clients have the DST2007 update from MS.

I can confirm the local ones do. Not sure about the Brasilian ones yet.
I've been reading a little (a little knowledge is dangerous!) and there are outlook bits to run as well, which I assume just change any appointments that have been altered between the change and now dates?
      cheers for your help
