    ok, here goes.

    After installing SBS2003 in exchange i'm trying to configure it so that when 1 account receives an e-mail, all the rest of the users also receive a copy.

    So lets say, i have a user called [email protected]

    How can i set my exchange so all users that work at this helpdesk, will receive all e-mail that come in to that contaner?

    Might be a bit of a weird question, but i'm just starting to learn on how to work with exchange and SBS. And since we are a starting company, i would like to have all these things worked out from the beginning.

    Hope anyone here can help me out.

    Create a Distribution Group, put all helpdesk users into that group, then mail enable the group and give it the SMTP address required.

    All done through AD Users\Comps.

    Don't create a single user with that address, as then only way you could then do that is to have outlook rules to forward the mail, which would be daft.
