send on behalf is not working

  • send on behalf is not working

    hi all
    i have configured send on behalf to a member on my network and the thing is that after i did it all in the user account and in outlook ,the user can send on behalf and the mail is going to the sent items and also i can see that the mail was sent from the correct account (sender) in the sent items but the mail didn't get to any of the recipient that i send mail to and no error from server was generated
    i rechecked my configuration but it looks ok to all !!!

    what can be the problem ????? heeeellllllppppp

    If you send an email from your account to the recipient does it get there?
    Does message tracking show anything?

      i did send mail to the recipient that i send on behalf of and i got the mail but from the outlook account to someone i cant find it its not getting there

      i need to say that the outllook holds two exchange accounts one called A
      and a added one called B

      the A account cant send on behalf of the B account even that i gave permission to the A account to send on behalf !!!

      if i send mail from one of the recipients to the B account i can get it but to send on behalf of B account i cant
      can it be because the account in outlook is added as secondary one ????

      also i cant find the mail via the message tracking !!!!!!!!

        Not sure I can quite understand all of that.

        How did you provide send on behalf rights?
        Have you forced AD replication and rebooted the machine with outlook on it (just in case)?
        Do you not get any bounce backs or errors locally or on Exchange?
        If you send a mail on behalf and then another mail direct to the recipient does the second one arrive?

        What do you mean by "can it be because the account in outlook is added as secondary one ????"

          If the message isn't shown in message tracking then it wasn't sent.
          I believe message tracking over everything else.

          Therefore you have to look at the client as the potential problem.
