  • Change message in mail template

    Hi,

I'd like to change the message template that users receive when the mailbox reaches the limit I’ve set in exchange.

You have exceeded the size limit of your mailbox.

Can someone tell me if it is possible and where I can change it.
What are the risks (Microsoft support…)?

I'm using Exchange 2003 Ent. (with SP2) servers.

I would appreciate your input on this.

    Thank you,
    Zirou

Did you do any research in to this before posting?
The tools are available on Microsoft's web site.

      Hi Sembee,

Sure I did and found a lot about mailbox quota and how to change the quota in exchange but not over how to change the template and the impact.

      Thank you for this link.

      Greetings,
