  • Connector woes

I have a exchange 2003 connector set which does not have the usual folder with the green tick mark but appears as a open folder icon. What does this mean? I always have mails queuing issues on this connector can the known tell me.

    Re: Connector woes

The folder icon usually means a Store, not a Connector.
If you click on the queue, what does it say in Additional Queue Information?

It is a connector and queues shows no additional information available. I have attached a screeshot.

If it is a routing group connector I would have no problem with simply deleting it and recreating it.
You shouldn't get any loss of email.
