  • Auto reply mail for employee left company?

    if someone left our company and the mail used for business how can I make auto reply to senders that the employee left our company with and with out saved received mail in mailbox

    Your options are limited.
    While you could enable an auto replay rule, that could generate a loop and requires auto replies to be enabled globally, which isn't a good idea.
    You could use an Out of the Office message, but that will not delete the message.

    To be honest, most companies don't do auto replies. Instead the messages are forwarded to someone else to manage so that the departure can be "managed".

        There are no other options. If you want an auto reply then those are the only options available to you using Exchange.

          You can delete the SMTP address of that employee.There for the sender will gwt a non-delivery message and the messege won't saved to the mailbox....
