    Hi,

I am not very sure where we have to put the logon but its in either of exchange general in alias tab or exchange advance, simple display name in aduc, make sure that this field is same as your logon name.

The format for POP3 access is domain\username\alias
They don't have to be the same, so there is no need to change anything.
In many cases the alias is the same as the username, but that is not always the case.

I would say though - why are you using Outlook Express? The preferred remote access method for Exchange 2003 is RPC over HTTPS.

        Hi Simon,

        Thanks for correcting me.

to resolve this use, I normally use to give logon name in alias which I beleive not wrong.
