I want to as one thing , I have GFI mail essential installed on my exchange server for fetch pop3 mails from another ISP server , and Symantec Endpoint Security on host system (win2003) and Trend Micro Scan mail as Exchange Email Anti virus . is this is OK?
I will hope Gfi and trend micro not conflict with each other ..

Symantec AV tends, in my opionion anyway, to cause more problems than it is worth. Having said that it is marginally better than not having any AV.. although I am thinking about deleting that line.

Mail Essentials appears to be just Anti-Spam, Symantec is your server AV and Trend is your Exchange AV. In theory this should work however personally I don't like to load up an Exchange server with this amount unless it is absolutely necessary. If you are an SME then make sure your server has enough power to cope, if you are larger then I would look at a separate box to scan inbound and outbound mail. I'm sure Dyasny etc can suggest some good linux solutions that are open source for example to reduce the load.
      cheers

I use Mcafee VSE 8.5 with Epolicy Orchestrator v4 on all servers and workstations. This gives effective detecion but is more complicated to set up than Micro Trend. The features available are very good. I would also recommend buying in to the Mcafee Gold support, its not too expensive. Their technical support has been very helpful. It is free to phone and they offer a call back service as well to save you sitting waiting on the phone.

We have Windows 2003 and XP clients.

I have also had Micro Trend and GFI running alongside before and haven't had a problem. I also use Mcafee Groupshield for Exchange. However, you will need to tweak this to ensure detection is not too harsh depending on your environment.
