  • Additional Mailbox Sent Mail

Using Exchange 2000 with Outlook XP.

Have 3 users with their own mailboxes, along with a Customer Service mailbox, the idea is they all can deal with the questions that come in, however when replying the sent item goes ito the users sent folder, even when the From address is specified as the Customer Service address.

I have had a look on a few sites, and they say this is by MS design, is there any way round this ?

    THanks

The simple answer is no. The only thing you may be able to do is create an outlook rule that can send the "sent" items to an archive or back to that "customer service mailbox"

I thought that would be the answer, oh well, they will have to use webmail on that account then.

There is a third party tool that can move the messages for you. Look at ivasoft.biz
However it is by design because the message is store in the sent items of the person who sent it, not the user it was sent as/sent on behalf of.
