  • Internet Mail Restriction

I have a group of users that only need to send and receive internal mail. There is however 1 external address that needs to send to them. Can this be done? I do not want them to be able to receive anything else from external and still restrict them to internal send.
    Thanks

On the group EXCHANGE GENERAL tab (and on the user's properties too) you can set up that the group (or users) will be able to only receive mail from a single contact or group.

When I tried that, it seems to only allow me to choose a group or user from the GAL. I want to have an external address -- and only that one address (...even from that one domain is acceptable) to be able to send to these users. So basically the users will send and receive internal but for external internet mail, they will only receive from that one address (or domain) and will not be allowed to send internet mail.
      Thanks

Then add the external account as a contact and mail-enable it.
