Can you explain a bit further. You have disabled the users AD account and then enabled. Now the user cant get into their mailbox?

      yes

      that's exactly what happend,
its like they lost access to their mailbox.
they get the message "unable to acc exchange server"

although everything is ok, and they can access the network, and other users can work on their computer with mailbox and everything

Is the mailbox listed in the MAILBOXES folder of the MBX Store on the server? Does it have a red X? Try to run the CLEANUP AGENT and see if it turns out with a red X.
        Cheers,

running the clean up agent wont harm any mailbox?
          what does it do?
