Hi I hope someone can help.

I have recently joined a company with an IT role. One of the staff cannot create a folder under public folders. ( No one can )

I have looked at the folder properties and given the user in question full rights on the server on the server but to no avail....

Is there an administrator tool I have overlooked?

She is running XP SP2 and 2003 Exchange.

    Re: Public folders

When you say you gave her rights on the server do you mean you gave her rights to the Public Folder she'd like to make sub-folders for or is it something else you're talking about?

Basically, right-click the public folder you want her to have access to and to be able to create sub-folders for and choose the appropriate role. I believe it's Publishing Editor.

    Also, have her restart Outlook.
