  • ActiveSync MobileAdmin Tool: Device search error

    Here is the situation:

    We have 2 front end servers
    We have 2 back end servers active/passive cluster

    We installed the tool on the front end server (exchange 2003 with sp2 installed)

    .NET framework version is the same version on all Exchange servers.

    I can open the tool on my front end web browser - See attachment wipe.jpg

    When I want to do a remote wipe and enter a mailbox in the search I am getting the following error - see attachment error.jpg

    Couldn't find any doc about my specific error.

    Turn off SSL on the Exadmin directory.
