  • "Last logged on by" from ESM

    Hey.

Can I trust the field "Last logged on by" if the source user doesn't have access?

I did some googling on the web to find out and most of the cases are related to scheduling a meet. But it show a user which didn't schedule any meeting.
Is there any other triggers for Exchange to show this field?

    Thanks.

The short answer is that Last Logged on cannot be trusted and should be ignored.
It can be triggered by any number of things, meeting scheduling is the most common. That doesn't mean finalising the meeting, but perhaps the user was looking at the availability.

If you are confident that the permissions for the user are correctly, then ignore it.

    Simon.
