  • Exchange 2003 mailbox issue

    I have 3 exchange servers. 1 is a standalone, and the other is an A/P cluster. We have only had an issue about 6 times, but a user who was moved to the cluster node 2 months ago, is now not able to get into his email box. The user gets:

    Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook cannot access the specified folder location

    OR

    Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook cannot access the specified folder location. The operation failed. An object cannot be found.

    If i move the users mailbox to the standalone server, instantly the mailbox is accessible.

    i get no errors in event logs, and i have hundreds of other users on the cluster node with no issues.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    No one has had the same issue, or can point me in a direction?

      Have you tried either recreating the user's Outlook profile or his profile altogether? Sometimes Microsoft tells me to try that with weird problems like this.
