  • How to view Mailbox Size information

    I know that we can do it with ESM provided with sufficient rights. But I am in a different situation here.

    My helpdesk people has to check the User mailbox size during they troubleshoot user problems. I can not give them rights to use ESM. Is there any other way to achieve this?

    How about from within outlook for that troubled user? would that work.

      Exchhange server 2003 is only managed through ESM and as per my experiance it is not possible without ESM.

      But it is possible that assign Read Only Administrative rights over ESM so your helpdesk person will not change any settings.

        You are wasting your time.
        ESM doesn't show the true size of the mailbox. It only shows part of it.
