  • Forwarding of Emails at Scheduled Times Automatically

    Hi,

I am currently a user in a domain, and is a part of a distribution group for
    example:

[email protected] - my email setup in the Domain Acct
[email protected] - this is the distribution group I am a part of so i receive
    emails from them too

I want to forward emails from only the ones I received from the distribution
group I am apart of to my client who for example is [email protected] everyday
from 1pm for two hours and unfoward it at 3pm. How do I set it up so that
these will get automatically forward it, is there a rules or schedulling
    option to perform this

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 and am on Microsoft Exchange 2003. Any
    help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Andrew

You cannot do it with Exchange, but you might be able to make it happen by creating a specific SMTP Connector to that domain, and configuring it to ONLY work during that time. However, any email destined for that domain will be queued till that time, meaning that people WILL be able to send email to that domain, but the mail will only be delivered during the SMTP Connector's availability.

Is that something that might help you get what you wanted?
