  • Mailbox Alert

    Hi,

Currently we are using generic mailbox i.e. single mailbox being accessed by 20 users through delegation(User use their own credential to access generic mailbox). Is there any way through which can get an alert if a user deletes a mail from generic mailbox?

    Thank you

    No.
If the user has full control over the mailox it means exactly that - full control.

      Hi,

If user is not having full control, then?

      Thank You

There is nothing in Exchange that can flag when a message is deleted, whether full control or not.
If the users are opening the account in Outlook then they need full control.

Exchange isn't designed to work in this way. If you want messages received and managed then you need to look at something else to do that for you.
