I have a clientA that just changed websites and had some DNS changes made. Since the DNS changes (something I didn't do) the company that hosts their website can no longer email clientA. Nothing changed on their 2003 Server - and I am able to send them emails - but the website hosting company can no longer

This is the bounce back the hosting company gets:

    This is very common.
The company that hosts their web site will have their system setup to presume that they host everything - email included. Either that or they are using different information internally to the public information. If it is happening just for that one company then they need to look closer to home.

It will not be a DNS issue so much, but an issue with their mail server - it thinks the email is local.
