    Whooow

    Oke first things first.
Does your ISP block any ports?
Some providers block all ports below 1024.
SMTP is on port 25, so it could be blocked.
In that case, you'll need to create a SMTP connector that sends outside mail to the outgoing mailserver of your ISP, which forwards it to the internet. In order to recieve mail, you have to have an MX record on an Internet DNS server that points to your exchange server. Again, if port 25 is blocked by your ISP, you have to configure alternate ports for SMTP, or use a pop connector and route mail through your ISP.
