    Hi,

its for single user or all users....

we had created the policy in which we are trapping all users incoming and outgoing emails and putting it in one mailbox ,,,,

You could not understand my query. one who uses office outlook and he also uses OWA(outlook web access) in exchange 2003. He wants to see mail some previous days like 10 days in OWA.We can easily keep a copy of mail to POP3 server. But how to keep a copy message to exchange server 2003.

You cannot store email in two locations.
It is one or the other.

If you are using Exchange then you should be storing everything in the mailbox. If you need offline copies then use OST files - cached mode in Outlook 2003 or higher, offline folders in older versions.

Could it be that you're using Exchange as a POP3 server and d/l all your mail to a local PST file?
