    Re: Message Recall

I posted this on your question on another site, but I will repeat it here in case anyone else is looking in.

The simple rule with message recall is consider that the feature does not work. For the feature to work many things have to occur, the key one is that the message has not been read.
Unfortunately a message that has been collected by POP3 is a "read" message according to Exchange and message recall will not work. Once the message has left your Exchange org - which includes POP3 and IMAP collection, message recall will fail. It will only embarrass the person trying to do the recall when it fails.
