    Dear all,

    We are using exchange server 2003 at the office. We are facing some problems with the "cc" field. Any email that comes from an external email account and has recipients at "cc" field are not received from the users. Any advice please?

        Are the recipients in the same domain as those in the CC field?
        Does Exchange show any trace of the message being delivered to the server?
        Very difficult to diagnose, as the problem could be outside of your control. Is this happening with other domains?
        Is it happening with certain people only? If it is, check they don't have any rules that delete messages that are not addressed to them.
