  • sending emails from internal emails through one external email

I have several internal emails example [email protected] which is only registered on the exchange server and not able to send emails through internet
I have another email given by the ISP ex: [email protected]
can I forward emails sent by [email protected] to [email protected]?

Re: sending emails from internal emails through one external email

If the email addresses are on the same domain then add the address to the account or other object (Group etc) that you want the emails to go to. If they are in different domains then do the same thing but ensure that the domain is listed in recipient policy.

You can have as many email addresses on your account as you like, but all outbound email can only go out as the Default address.
