I am moving from one peice of hardware to another. Exchange 2003 to anoher Exchange 2003. I have moved everything according to MS (pub folders, RUS, OAB, etc). I unplugged cable from NIC and was planning on leaving system up until I could prove the system would function on its own. Users came in this morning and Outllok was not opening properly and users getting hour glass in some instnaces. Again, ALL mailboxes moved and decommission ALL done. I have done this numerous times, but never had Outlook bomb out when users try to access new server. Old server is ONLY an email server (no DNS, DHCP, etc) and new server is ONLY and exchange server. Anyone seen this before?
No announcement yet.
Outlook users can't connect after Exchange 2003 to 2003 migration
