  • RPC over HTTPs, Outlook prompts for for some users

I have the same issue but it is a little more random.
I have 2 users that have laptops that are on the domain but when connecting from remote locations they get prompted for their user name/password.
Certificate is created by MS cert service, the 2 users that are having the issues have the certificate installed and can access OWA without issue

    Everyone else is fine

You should have started a new thread, rather than hijack another one, as it is different enough to warrant it. I have moved your question in to a new thread.

This site may help you, but we always require them to type in the password every time even when they are on the local domain.

This just allows users to get used to a pattern and will be the same everywhere they go.

This site may help with the "saving" of the passwords.
