  • Mail sent from Exchange 2003 are received in recipientís junk mail folder

    Hello,

I've done some research and have come up with nothing. I'm fairly new to Exchange. I have a client that is running Exchange 2003. When they send messages the recipient receives them in the junk mail folder. Is there anything I can do to correct this?

    Thanks.

It sounds as if your domain is on a black list of some sort

Without more information it is impossible to suggest a great deal.

What junk mail folder? One at an ISP, another Exchange system?
Have you ensured that the server is setup correctly, with all DNS configured?
Put the domain in to dnsreport.com and see if it flags any errors.
Check whether it is listed in any blacklists.
