  • Unable to reply or send with OWA premium!!

    Had a problem since 17th December where we cannot use OWA premium to send emails, the email page either comes up with 404 page not found or will redisplay the OWA inbox. Also when replying to an email there is no correspondence in the email. Please help! Have tried various options including the following:

    Tried to recreate the vdir's
    Installed hotfixes 911829 and 924334
    Tried to restore IIS to prior 17th
    Tried to restore ISA '06 to prior 17th

    Any ideas? As mentioned OWA works fine in basic and also works on firefox no problem. Is there an update that has come through from MS that is causing this issue??

    There were no updates released to Exchange 2003 at that time. There haven't been any updates for some time.

    Recreating the virtual directories usually fixes most problems. Does it work from the server itself?
    Has something else been installed at the same time?

    Are you using SSL? If you are, have you removed the SSL certificate and tested it with http ?
    Presuming that you are going through the ISA server, you need to isolate that as the cause - which is why I said to try it on the server itself.

    You may well end up having to go to Microsoft to get it resolved.
