  • No such user here problem while sending mail inside the domain.

    Hi,
we have two exchange 2003 servers at two different locations. One server is Primary and the second one is ADC. Both locations are connected through VPN.From last few days we are facing a very strange problem. The user who have their mail account on Primary mail server and want to send any mail to the users who have their email account on ADC exchange server got a NDR user <mail.mydomain.com #5.5.0 smtp;550 <[email protected]> No such user here>. if they resend this message it works fine to the same user. Sometimes if there is more than one address in to list then the same NDR report will generate forv all receipients. We checked everything but didn't find any problem. We are using Windows 2003 server at both the locations. We are facing this problem from one end only( from primary mail server side) I need help on this problem immediately. Thanks in advance

    Hi,

    1. Have both the DCs been configured as GC?
    2. Have they been mapped in different AD sites?
    3. From exchange prospective are both the exchange servers in different routing groups?
