    Hi All,

    I run Exchange 2003 and clients run Outlook 2003. Our clients are looking for a way to send automatic reminder emails say to a Distribution List that will remind them of events (such as DNS registration and company trademark registration).

    The solution would require the following
    • A shared location where the reminders can be viewed\added\deleted by a group of authorized users
    • The ability to send multiple reminders (say it sends a reminder at 1 month and if it is still not done, it can send daily reminders from the 2 week deadline until it is done) about an impending expiration to a group of users (preferably via email if possible).

    I was wondering if this could be done using Exchange public folders or if anyone has heard or used and 3rd party programs that would provide this functionality?
