  • How change sent from in Exchange 2003

I need to change the name that appear when I receive an email from a user.

now I have the following: [email protected]
    smtp: [email protected]
    smtp: [email protected] (primary)
when my user send out an email the receiver dispalys: "name surname" instead administration. (the email address that has sent the email is correct : [email protected]) WHY?

how to display administrator at receiver instead "name surname"

    thank you.

Can you not just change the name and surname to "blank" and administration within the Active Directory?

It isn't clear - is the display name incorrect, or the email address?
The email address isn't related to the display name.
