    Hi,

    I've exchange 2k3 and some users send allot of bit email 7MB to allot of persons that suffocate my Internet line.
    my question is how can i delete all the emails that are in the queue from specific user.
    and i can't to delete for specific user,how i can delete all messages that are in the SMTP queue?

    You can do it one of two ways:

    1. Go in to the queue viewer in ESM and delete them from each queue.

    2. Go into C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\Queue and delete them there. This is assuming that you want to delete ALL messages in the queue.

      i want to delete all mesaages automaticlly not one by one.with script or something else.
      if i go to the queue folder there are now messages in there.

        You have to group the messages together. To do that, create an SMTP connector. Set it to use a non valid smart host - for example [99.99.99.99]. Then use the settings on the smart host to collect those messages - something like a size limit or similar. The messages will then be in a single queue and you can then easily delete all of the messages.
