  • is it possible to block individual e-mail in Exchange Server 2003?

Hi I'm newbies here and I'm just wondering if you guys out there can help me to block a single e-mail coming from out side DNS?
our set-up is Windows Server 2003 SP2, Exchange Server 2003 SP2. Ive gone thru the IMF set-up but we dont wanna block the whole DNS. Is there any way or is it possible to block a single e-mail?

    Thanks in advance

If you want to block a single email then you can do that in ESM, Global Settings. Right click on Message Delivery and then Sender Filtering. However this is NOT a replacement for spam filtering and adding addresses to that field as some kind of spam filtering will not help reduce spam.
