I am having trouble sending to international email addresses such as .de and .cn.

When looking in message tracking, that get sent to the Queue with the message:

Message Routed and Queued for local delivery.

It never delivers the message. Any ideas?

    1. Check your DNS configuration and forwarding (use nslookup) and verify that you can resolve those domain names.
    2. Try just for testing route the email using smart host.
    3. Check the AD connection using dcdiag / netdiag and even try to reboot your AD servers.

Did you try to send your email throughout your provider SMTP server ? i done that for some company who haven't got a well configured domain name, or who have a fixed IP address with provider who appears to be spam sender (as wanadoo in france)

      regards

After some more digging, both domains are hosted by the same company. Looks like the host has the issue. Thanks for those that replied.
