I have a exchange 2003 box and i cannot send mail to verizonwireless.com from our domain resourcelabel.com

I have added a reverse dns ptr record and a spf record and still no luck

When using SMTPDiag i get this error: smtpdiag [email protected] [email protected] /v

    Connecting to mars.verizonwirelss.com [162.115.227.108] on port 25.
    Received:
    554 venus.verizonwireless.com

Error: Expected "220" Server is not accepting connections. Failed to submit mail to mars.verizonwireless.com

when enabling logging in exchange it gives the error:
    source: msExchangeTransport
    Event ID: 4006
Message delivery to the host '162.115.227.108' failed while delivering to the remote domain Verizonwireless.com for the folowing reason: An SMPT protocol error occurred

I think your IP is on a Blacklist. This seems to be a big problem with Verizon.

I could not find a site or contact to unblock it but Verizon will have to fix the issue.
