  • Exchange 2003 web front

I just completed upgrade from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003.
The only problem I am having is that when users log in via web access they have to put in the whole thing for user name (ex: [email protected]) before they can only put their AD user name(without domain name) and it worked just fine.
    Any advice ?
    Thank you

The best option for you is to use an SSL certificate and enable forms based authentication. There was an unwritten change in Exchange 2003 SP2 that means the domain\ is not required.
